Verbal Basics: Strategies for sentence completion, analogies and antonyms will be covered along with vocabulary building. |

Verbal Lab (optional for students with a verbal score of 700+ on the test): Students will practice problem sets from the verbal section on the computer and have the opportunity to works with the instructor to reinforce test-taking strategies. |

Quantitative Reasoning Basics: Strategies for optimum performance on the quantitative section will be covered, including techniques for managing quantitative comparison and problem solving. |

Critical Thinking and Analytical Writing – Part 1: Introduction to effective essay writing under timed conditions. Breakdown of the analysis of an issue and analysis of an argument format employed by the GRE. |

Reading Comprehension and Data Analysis: Strategies for improving performance on reading comprehension and data analysis will be addressed in the computer lab since these are the sections that differ most from paper to computer testing. |
