Early Childhood Education Center
The UCSD Early Childhood Education Center is a service for University students, staff and faculty. The goal of the Center is to provide a meaningful experience for children from 11 months and walking through five and one-half years of age. Subsidies are available for low-income families based on a sliding scale. Many graduate students meet the qualifications for low-income subsidies. Plan ahead! There is a waiting list for entrance into the program. For further information about the Early Childhood Education Program, visit
blink.ucsd.edu/go/ecec, or call (858) 552-2500. Office hours are 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily.

International Center Cooperative Nursery School (ICNS)
Located in the International Center at UCSD, the ICNS is run under the auspices of the Friends of the International Center. ICNS is a parent participation program for children from the ages of 2 - 5. The school provides developmentally appropriate part-time programs in the mornings and afternoons. Families who are eligible to attend school include families associated with UCSD, families visiting from other countries, and families from the surrounding community. For further information, visit
